I thought you were talking to me when you spoke about having to rename a business due to trademark issues, i had that problem. Thanks, i read the article by your staff and it gave me some really great ideas about going about renaming my company.
I’m not really looking forward to it but now I have a better idea how to go about it. I think, I’m just going to go with one of your predeveloped names!
Thanks for your comment. Sorry to hear about your trouble with the trademark. You should really deal with the issue as soon as possible because the longer you wait the more good names that you want will be taken.
While all of our predeveloped names are available in the .com that doesn’t necessarily mean you can use it without trademark issues. Be sure to check with the USPTO.gov, United States Patent and Trademark Office if you can use it.

We often think that when people are naming their business they only think about it in one direction; from the business to the consumer.
