While we’ve named this blog “Good Names” what we’re really after here are great new business names or great new product names and that’s what we’re really here to help you with.
The first thing we ask people to consider when you’re looking for a new business name is to think outside of the box. Don’t just look at how you see your business but how other people see your business as well. When considering new business names you might want to ask your company stakeholders for instance your employees, senior executive team and Board of Directors.
You might also want to consider your external stakeholders like potential clients, suppliers, vendors and even community leaders. Plz suggest me a good name for my new real estate company in india
Well the first thing you should consider is what kind of real estate are you selling or even renting. Are you going into commercial real estate and selling to companies or are you selling private homes to families. You might say that you’re going to do all types of real estate and that’s just something you want to consider as well. Consider your location, are you in a specific city, focusing on a town or region?
If you are looking for a broad and nonspecific name I would highly recommend a “Brandable” name or a name without any specific meaning. These names are generally easy to spell and you could always add “Real Estate” to the end of it. Have a look at our “Brandable Real Estate Names” and you’ll get the idea.

It is quite difficult for me to be able to just pick a name that would perfectly for your real estate company because there are equally as many types of business ideas as there are types of real estate companies.
The first thing I would suggest is that you take a look at our Brandings Catalog for some inspiration. We have great names for commercial real estate companies, perfect names for a residential real estate company and then we have business names for both commercial and residential real estate. Even if you look at these names and one doesn’t pop right out at you, you many just be inspired.
If you are looking to develop the name on your own, there are other places to look for inspiration, the first being your business plan. Look at your business plan to see what it is that you are going to do better than other real estate companies that you will be competing with.
Take a look at your real estate company’s mission statement. Does your statement say, you will be trust worthy, no project is too big or small or will you specialize in first time buyers?
Look for a name that will stand out from the competition and always make sure that you can secure the matching domain name.
Lastly, think like your customer because ultimately they are the ones that will be judging your name selection.
